At Stranger Soccer, we're expanding our unique football experience platform to new cities and are seeking a License Owner / Operator in San Diego to take the reins. This role is designed for individuals who understand football culture, thrive on building something meaningful, and are ready to own and operate their own venture with the support of a proven global brand.

Responsibilities

• Manage operations, including scheduling, staffing, and facility management
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to grow the local football community
• Recruit and manage a team of players and volunteers
• Ensure consistency and quality in every game delivered to the community
• Build and maintain relationships with local businesses and organizations
• Collaborate with the headquarters team to implement best practices and innovations
