About the role

As a Brand Advocate at Cellairis, you will perform customer conversion sales at the store entry doors. Your role is to entice walk-by customers with free products to encourage them to visit the store and commit to a purchase. Using the AIDA model (attention, interest, desire, action) based scripts, you will persuade customers to show their broken phones, receive a repair quote, or join our mailing list by offering free products. Your goal is to make customers aware of special offers and drive them into the store.

Required Attitude & Personality

• Drive and Urgency: Has tremendous energy and initiative to drive customers to the store and generate sales. Able to memorize scripts and use them naturally with high energy. Recognizes and capitalizes on a high percentage of sales opportunities.
• Attitude: Always maintains a positive and open attitude, positively affecting team members. Open to coaching and new techniques. Never appears discouraged and is always moving forward.
• Genuine Customer Service: Shows genuine concern for customers and knows the Customer Service Guide thoroughly.

Responsibilities

• Engage walk-by customers using scripts based on the AIDA model to drive them into the store.
• Encourage customers to show their broken phones, receive repair quotes, or join the mailing list by offering free products.
• Ensure customers are aware of special offers and entice them to visit the Cellairis counter to participate in terms for receiving free goods or services.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills, highly energetic, and approachable.
• Genuine customer service skills and ability to develop relationships with clients.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift 25 lbs.
• Own reliable transportation and a valid Driver’s License.
• Professional appearance.

Qualifications

• Retail experience recommended but not required: 1-3 years in a retail sales environment.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Sampling selling experience is a plus.

Physical & Logistical Requirements

• Must have own (not public) means of transportation and a manageable commute. Cellairis reserves the right to determine acceptable commute distance.
• Candidates are subject to reference check, background check, credit check, drug screen, skills assessment, personality assessment, and language proficiency testing.
