Brand Advocate Position in Anderson, South Carolina

About the role

Cellairis is looking for a Brand Advocate to perform customer conversion sales at the store entry doors in a highly visible, fast-paced, and competitive retail environment. This role involves enticing walk-by customers with free products to drive them into the store and ultimately commit to a purchase using the AIDA model (attention, interest, desire, action). The ideal candidate is self-motivated, results-oriented, and thrives in a high-energy setting.

Responsibilities

• Engage walk-by customers using scripts to generate interest and drive them to the Cellairis counter.
• Persuade customers to show their broken phones, receive a repair quote, or join the mailing list by offering free products.
• Ensure customers come to the Cellairis counter to receive free goods or services by agreeing to participation terms.
• Turn objections into sales opportunities and failures into positive actions.
• Memorize and naturally deliver high-energy scripts to maximize sales opportunities.
• Maintain a positive, open attitude and contribute to a motivated team environment.
• Provide genuine customer service and build relationships with clients.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills and a highly energetic, approachable demeanor.
• Genuine customer service skills and ability to develop client relationships.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Own reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Professional appearance.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of retail sales experience recommended but not required.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Sampling or selling experience is a plus.
• Retail experience is beneficial.
