Brand Advocate Position in Gadsden, South Carolina

About the Role

Cellairis is looking for self-motivated individuals to serve as Brand Advocates in a highly visible, fast-paced, and competitive retail environment. In this role, you will perform customer conversion sales at the store entrance by enticing walk-by customers with free products to drive them into the store and ultimately commit to a purchase. This position is ideal for someone who is athletic, highly energetic, and in excellent physical condition.

Responsibilities

• Engage walk-by customers using the AIDA model (Attention, Interest, Desire, Action) based scripts to drive them to the Cellairis counter.
• Persuade and encourage customers to show their broken phones, receive a repair quote, or join the mailing list by offering free products.
• Ensure customers visit the Cellairis counter to receive free goods or services by agreeing to participation terms.
• Turn objections into leads and convert failures into positive actions.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills, highly energetic, and approachable.
• Genuine customer service skills with the ability to develop relationships with clients.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Own reliable transportation and a valid Driver’s License.
• Professional appearance.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in a retail sales environment (recommended but not required).
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Sampling or selling experience is a plus.
• Retail experience is beneficial.
