About the Role

Cellairis is looking for self-motivated people who want to be in a highly visible, fast-paced, and competitive retail role. The Brand Advocate performs customer conversion sales at the Cellairis walk-by entry doors, enticing walk-by customers with free products to drive them into the store and commit to a purchase. This role is perfect for someone who is athletic, highly energetic, and in excellent physical condition.

You will use the AIDA model (attention, interest, desire, action) based scripts to persuade customers to visit the Cellairis counter, show their broken phone, receive a repair quote, or join the mailing list by offering free products. Your goal is to make customers aware of special offers and drive them to the store.

• Genuine Customer Service: Shows genuine concern for customers and knows the Customer Service Guide front to back.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer conversion sales at the Cellairis walk-by entry doors.
• Entice walk-by customers with free products to encourage store visits and purchases.
• Use AIDA-based scripts to drive customers to the Cellairis counter.
• Persuade customers to show broken phones, receive repair quotes, or join the mailing list.
• Make customers aware of special offers and participation terms to receive free goods or services.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills, highly energetic, and approachable.
• Genuine customer service skills and ability to develop client relationships.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift 25 lbs.
• Own reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Professional appearance.

Qualifications

• Retail experience recommended but not required (1-3 years in a retail sales environment preferred).
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Sampling selling experience is a plus.
