About the role

As a Brand Advocate at Cellairis, you will perform customer conversion sales at the store entry doors. Your role is to entice walk-by customers with free products to encourage them to visit our store and commit to a purchase. Using the AIDA model (attention, interest, desire, action) based scripts, you will persuade customers to show their broken phones, receive a repair quote, or join our mailing list by offering free products. Customers must come to the Cellairis counter and agree to certain participation terms to receive their free goods or services.

• Genuine Customer Service: Shows genuine concern for customers and knows the Customer Service Guide thoroughly.

Responsibilities

• Engage walk-by customers using free product offers to drive them into the store.
• Use AIDA-based scripts to persuade customers to visit the Cellairis counter.
• Encourage customers to show broken phones, receive repair quotes, or join the mailing list.
• Ensure customers agree to participation terms to receive free goods or services.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills, highly energetic, and approachable.
• Genuine customer service skills with the ability to develop client relationships.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift 25 lbs.
• Own reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Professional appearance.

Qualifications

• Retail experience recommended but not required (1-3 years in a retail sales environment preferred).
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Sampling selling experience is a plus.

Schedule

Multiple shifts available.

• Candidates must have their own (non-public) means of transportation and a manageable commute. Cellairis reserves the right to determine acceptable commute distance.
