About the Role

Cellairis is looking for self-motivated people who want to be in a highly visible, fast-paced, and competitive retail role. This role involves performing customer conversion sales at the Cellairis walk-by entry doors. You will entice walk-by customers with free products to encourage them to visit the store and commit to a purchase, using AIDA model (attention, interest, desire, action) based scripts. Your goal is to persuade customers to show their broken phone, receive a repair quote, or join the mailing list by offering free products.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer conversion sales at the Cellairis walk-by entry doors.
• Entice walk-by customers with free products to drive them into the store.
• Use AIDA model-based scripts to engage customers and encourage them to visit the Cellairis counter.
• Persuade customers to show their broken phone, receive a repair quote, or join the mailing list.
• Ensure customers are aware of special offers and drive them to the store to participate in terms for receiving free goods or services.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills, highly energetic, and approachable.
• Genuine customer service skills and ability to develop relationships with clients.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift 25 lbs.
• Own reliable transportation and a valid Driver’s License.
• Professional appearance.
• Candidates must have their own (not public) means of transportation and a manageable commute.

Qualifications

• Retail experience recommended but not required: 1-3 years in a retail sales environment.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Sampling selling experience is a plus.
