Brand Advocate Position in Jersey City, New Jersey

About the Role

Cellairis is seeking a self-motivated Brand Advocate to join our team in Jersey City, New Jersey. This is a highly visible, fast-paced, and competitive retail role, ideal for someone who is athletic, highly energetic, and in excellent physical condition. The Brand Advocate will perform customer conversion sales at the Cellairis walk-by entry doors, using the AIDA model (attention, interest, desire, action) to entice customers with free products and drive them to our store.

Responsibilities

• Entice walk-by customers with free products to encourage them to visit the Cellairis store.
• Use AIDA-based scripts to engage customers and drive them to the Cellairis counter.
• Persuade customers to show their broken phones, receive repair quotes, or join our mailing list by offering free products.
• Ensure customers are aware of special offers and participation terms.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills, highly energetic, and approachable.
• Ability to provide genuine customer service and build relationships with clients.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Own reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Professional appearance.

Qualifications

• Retail experience recommended but not required (1-3 years in retail sales preferred).
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Sampling selling experience is a plus.
