Cellairis is looking for self-motivated people who want to be in a highly visible, fast-paced, and competitive retail role. We want someone who can turn a failure into a positive action and great successes into examples for the future. This is a perfect role for someone who is athletic, highly energetic, and in excellent physical condition.

As a Brand Advocate, you will perform customer conversion sales at the Cellairis walk-by entry doors. Similar to a product sampling program, you will entice each walk-by customer with free products so that they will be inclined to come to our store and ultimately commit to a purchase. You will use AIDA model (attention, interest, desire, action) based scripts to get the walk-by customer to the Cellairis counter. Your goal is to persuade and encourage the customer to show us their broken phone, receive a repair quote, or join our mailing list by offering free products.

Responsibilities

• Entice walk-by customers with free products to drive them into the store.
• Use AIDA-based scripts to engage customers and encourage them to visit the Cellairis counter.
• Persuade customers to show their broken phones, receive repair quotes, or join the mailing list.
• Turn objections into leads and capitalize on sales opportunities.
• Memorize and naturally deliver scripts with high energy.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills, highly energetic, and approachable.
• Genuine customer service skills and ability to develop relationships with clients.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift 25 lbs.
• Own reliable transportation and a valid Driver’s License.
• Professional appearance.
• Manageable commute (Cellairis reserves the right to determine acceptable commute distance).

Qualifications

• Retail experience recommended but not required: 1-3 years in a retail sales environment.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Sampling selling experience is a plus.
