About the Role

Cellairis is looking for self-motivated people who want to be in a highly visible, fast-paced, and competitive retail role. This role involves performing customer conversion sales at the Cellairis walk-by entry doors. You will entice walk-by customers with free products to encourage them to visit the store and commit to a purchase, using AIDA model (attention, interest, desire, action) based scripts.

Your job is to make customers aware of special offers, entice them, and drive them to the Cellairis counter where they must agree to certain participation terms to receive free goods or services.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer conversion sales by engaging walk-by customers at the store entry.
• Use scripts based on the AIDA model to attract customers' attention, interest, desire, and prompt action.
• Persuade and encourage customers to visit the Cellairis counter to show broken phones, receive repair quotes, or join the mailing list by offering free products.
• Drive customers to the store to commit to a purchase.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills, highly energetic, and approachable.
• Genuine customer service skills and ability to develop relationships with clients.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift 25 lbs.
• Own reliable transportation and a valid Driver’s License.
• Professional appearance.

Qualifications

• Retail experience recommended but not required: 1-3 years in a retail sales environment.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Sampling selling experience is a plus.

Physical and Logistical Requirements

• Must have their own (not public) means of transportation and a manageable commute.
