Brand Advocate Position in New Braunfels, Texas

About the Role

Cellairis is looking for a Brand Advocate to perform customer conversion sales at the store entry doors. This highly visible, fast-paced, and competitive retail role involves enticing walk-by customers with free products to drive them into the store and commit to a purchase. You will use AIDA model (attention, interest, desire, action) based scripts to persuade customers to visit the Cellairis counter, receive a repair quote, or join our mailing list.

This role is perfect for someone who is athletic, highly energetic, and in excellent physical condition.

Responsibilities

• Engage walk-by customers using scripts to generate interest and drive them into the store.
• Offer free products to entice customers to visit the Cellairis counter and commit to a purchase.
• Persuade customers to show their broken phone, receive a repair quote, or join the mailing list.
• Turn objections into sales opportunities and capitalize on high-percentage sales leads.
• Memorize and naturally deliver scripts with high energy.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills, highly energetic, and approachable.
• Genuine customer service skills with the ability to develop relationships with clients.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift 25 lbs.
• Own reliable transportation and a valid Driver’s License.
• Professional appearance.
• Manageable commute (Cellairis reserves the right to determine acceptable commute distance).

Qualifications

• Retail experience recommended but not required (1-3 years in a retail sales environment preferred).
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Sampling or selling experience is a plus.
