Brand Advocate Position in Austin, Texas

About the Role

Cellairis is looking for self-motivated people who want to be in a highly visible, fast-paced, and competitive retail role. The Brand Advocate performs customer conversion sales at the Cellairis walk-by entry doors, enticing each walk-by customer with free products to encourage them to visit the store and commit to a purchase. This role is perfect for someone who is athletic, highly energetic, and in excellent physical condition.

You will use the AIDA model (attention, interest, desire, action) based scripts to get walk-by customers to the Cellairis counter. Your goal is to persuade and encourage customers to show their broken phone, receive a repair quote, or join the mailing list by offering free products. Customers must come to the Cellairis counter and agree to certain participation terms to receive their free goods or services.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer conversion sales at the Cellairis walk-by entry doors.
• Entice walk-by customers with free products to drive them to the store.
• Use AIDA-based scripts to engage customers and encourage them to visit the store counter.
• Persuade customers to show their broken phone, receive a repair quote, or join the mailing list.
• Ensure customers agree to participation terms to receive free goods or services.

• Genuine Customer Service: Shows genuine concern for customers and knows the Customer Service Guide front to back.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills, highly energetic, and approachable.
• Genuine customer service skills and ability to develop relationships with clients.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs.
• Own reliable transportation and a valid Driver’s License.
• Professional appearance.

Qualifications

• Retail experience recommended but not required: 1-3 years in a retail sales environment.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Sampling selling experience is a plus.

Physical & Logistical Requirements

• Must have own (not public) means of transportation and a manageable commute. Cellairis reserves the right to determine acceptable commute distance.
• Subject to reference check, background check, credit check, drug screen, skills assessment, personality assessment, and language proficiency testing.
