Brand Specialist - New Braunfels, TX

About the role

Beauty Barrage is a full-service strategic sales management team with our Field Team servicing doors across North America. We work with some of the hottest brands in beauty today and provide in-store support in retailers like Sephora, ULTA, Bluemercury, and more. We have over 200+ beauty professionals servicing over 3,000 doors in the U.S. and Canada and were named to the Inc. 5000 list of fastest-growing companies.

The Brand Specialist will productively support Beauty Barrage’s client brands in various retailers, achieving sales targets in an assigned market, cultivating relationships, and driving brand awareness. This is a fluctuating, part-time opportunity, with the work schedule varying monthly based on the brands’ needs and distance willing to travel.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals for assigned brands
• Represent brands within an assigned territory and retailers to drive sales and brand awareness
• Establish and develop strong relationships with the store teams
• Educate and train store staff on brand knowledge
• Execute interactive product demonstrations
• Ensure product merchandising meets company standards
• Provide critical feedback through survey responses
• Leave a positive lasting impression after each store visit

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years beauty retail experience
• Passionate about the beauty industry and knowledgeable of the in-store retail environment
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence
• Ability to motivate others and work as part of a team
• Must be available on weekends
• Beauty savvy and able to represent the company image that is both polished and professional
• Must own a vehicle and be able to travel within territory
• Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds
