About the Role

Cellairis is looking for self-motivated people who want to be in a highly visible, fast-paced, and competitive retail role. The Brand Advocate performs customer conversion sales at the Cellairis walk-by entry doors, enticing each walk-by customer with free products to encourage them to visit the store and commit to a purchase. You will use AIDA model (attention, interest, desire, action) based scripts to drive customers to the Cellairis counter, persuade them to show their broken phone, receive a repair quote, or join the mailing list by offering free products.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer conversion sales at the Cellairis walk-by entry doors.
• Entice walk-by customers with free products to encourage store visits and purchases.
• Use AIDA model-based scripts to gain customer attention, interest, desire, and action.
• Persuade customers to show broken phones, receive repair quotes, or join the mailing list.
• Drive customers to the Cellairis counter to agree to participation terms for free goods or services.

• Genuine Customer Service: Has genuine concern for customers and knows the Customer Service Guide front to back.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills, highly energetic, and approachable.
• Genuine customer service skills and ability to develop relationships with clients.
• Cognizant of spending time with the right prospective customers.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs.
• Own reliable transportation and valid Driver’s License.
• Professional appearance.

Qualifications

• Retail experience recommended but not required: 1-3 years in a retail sales environment.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Sampling selling experience is a plus.

Physical & Logistical Requirements

• Must have own (not public) means of transportation and a manageable commute. Cellairis reserves the right to determine acceptable commute distance.
• This is a smoke-free work environment; preference for non-smokers.
