Brand Advocate Position in Little Elm, Texas

About the Role

Cellairis is looking for self-motivated individuals to serve as Brand Advocates in a highly visible, fast-paced, and competitive retail environment. This role involves performing customer conversion sales at the store entry, enticing walk-by customers with free products to drive them into the store and commit to a purchase. You will use the AIDA model (attention, interest, desire, action) based scripts to persuade customers to visit the Cellairis counter, receive a repair quote, or join our mailing list.

Responsibilities

• Engage walk-by customers using free product offers to drive them into the store.
• Use AIDA-based scripts to convert customer interest into store visits and potential sales.
• Encourage customers to show their broken phones, receive repair quotes, or join the mailing list.
• Ensure customers are aware of special offers and participation terms to receive free goods or services.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills, highly energetic, and approachable.
• Ability to develop genuine customer relationships.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Own reliable transportation and a valid Driver’s License.
• Professional appearance.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in a retail sales environment (recommended but not required).
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Sampling or selling experience is a plus.

Schedule

Multiple shifts available.
