About the Role

Perform customer conversion sales at the Cellairis walk-by entry doors. Similar to a product sampling program, you will entice each walk-by customer with free products to encourage them to visit our store and commit to a purchase. Using AIDA model (attention, interest, desire, action) based scripts, you will guide customers to the Cellairis counter. You will persuade and encourage customers to show their broken phone, receive a repair quote, or join our mailing list by offering free products. Customers must come to the Cellairis counter and agree to participation terms to receive their free goods or services.

• Genuine Customer Service: Shows genuine concern for customers and knows the Customer Service Guide thoroughly.

Responsibilities

• Engage walk-by customers using free product offers to drive them into the store.
• Use AIDA-based scripts to attract attention, generate interest, create desire, and prompt action.
• Persuade customers to show their broken phones, receive repair quotes, or join the mailing list.
• Ensure customers visit the Cellairis counter to agree to participation terms for free goods or services.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills, highly energetic, and approachable.
• Genuine customer service skills and ability to develop client relationships.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift 25 lbs.
• Own reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Professional appearance.

Qualifications

• Retail experience recommended but not required: 1-3 years in a retail sales environment.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Sampling selling experience is a plus.

Schedule

Multiple shifts available.

• Candidates must have their own (non-public) means of transportation and a manageable commute. Cellairis reserves the right to determine acceptable commute distance.
