Brand Advocate Position in Spring, Texas

Spring, Texas – Retail/Sales position reporting to the Store Manager.

About the Role

Perform customer conversion sales at the Cellairis walk-by entry doors. Similar to a product sampling program: you will entice each walk-by customer with free products so they will come to our store and ultimately commit to a purchase. Using AIDA-model (attention, interest, desire, action) scripts, you will persuade customers to show their broken phone, receive a repair quote, or join our mailing list by offering free products. Customers must come to the Cellairis counter and agree to participation terms to receive their free goods or services. Your role is to make them aware of these special offers and drive them to our store.

Responsibilities

• Engage walk-by customers using AIDA-based scripts to drive them to the Cellairis store.
• Persuade customers to show broken phones, receive repair quotes, or join the mailing list by offering free products.
• Ensure customers visit the Cellairis counter and agree to participation terms to receive free goods or services.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills, highly energetic, and approachable.
• Genuine customer service skills and ability to develop client relationships.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift 25 lbs.
• Own reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Professional appearance.

Qualifications

• Retail experience recommended but not required (1-3 years in a retail sales environment preferred).
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Sampling selling experience is a plus.
