About the Role

Cellairis is looking for self-motivated people who want to be in a highly visible, fast-paced, and competitive retail role. As a Brand Advocate, you will perform customer conversion sales at the Cellairis walk-by entry doors. Your role is to entice walk-by customers with free products to encourage them to visit our store and commit to a purchase. You will use the AIDA model (attention, interest, desire, action) based scripts to guide customers to the Cellairis counter, persuade them to show their broken phone, receive a repair quote, or join our mailing list.

Required Attitude & Personality

• Drive and Urgency: Has tremendous energy and initiative to drive customers to the store and generate sales. Able to memorize scripts and use them naturally and with high energy. Can recognize and capitalize on an extremely high percentage of sales opportunities.
• Attitude: Always has a positive and open attitude, positively affecting team members around them. Always open to coaching and new techniques. Never appears discouraged and is always moving forward.
• Genuine Customer Service: Has genuine concern about customers and knows the Customer Service Guide front to back.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer conversion sales at the Cellairis walk-by entry doors.
• Entice walk-by customers with free products to encourage them to visit the store and commit to a purchase.
• Use AIDA model-based scripts to guide customers to the Cellairis counter.
• Persuade customers to show their broken phone, receive a repair quote, or join the mailing list by offering free products.
• Make customers aware of special offers and drive them to the store.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills, highly energetic, and approachable.
• Genuine customer service skills and ability to develop relationships with clients.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs.
• Own reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Professional appearance.

Qualifications

• Retail experience recommended but not required: 1-3 years in a retail sales environment.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Sampling selling experience is a plus.

Schedule

Multiple shifts available.

• Candidates must have their own (not public) means of transportation and a manageable commute. Cellairis reserves the right to determine acceptable commute distance.
