About the Role

Cellairis is looking for self-motivated people who want to be in a highly visible, fast-paced, and competitive retail role. As a Brand Advocate, you will perform customer conversion sales at the Cellairis walk-by entry doors. Your role involves enticing walk-by customers with free products to encourage them to visit the store and commit to a purchase. You will use AIDA model (attention, interest, desire, action) based scripts to drive customers to the Cellairis counter. You will persuade customers to show their broken phones, receive a repair quote, or join our mailing list by offering free products.

Responsibilities

• Engage walk-by customers using scripts to attract their attention and interest.
• Encourage customers to visit the Cellairis store by offering free products.
• Persuade customers to show their broken phones and receive repair quotes.
• Drive customers to join the mailing list through special offers.
• Turn objections into sales opportunities.

• Genuine Customer Service: Shows genuine concern for customers and knows the Customer Service Guide thoroughly.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills, highly energetic, and approachable.
• Genuine customer service skills and ability to develop relationships with clients.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs.
• Own reliable transportation and a valid Driver’s License.
• Professional appearance.

Qualifications

• Retail experience recommended but not required: 1-3 years in a retail sales environment.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Sampling selling experience is a plus.

Physical Skill Requirements

• Stand for long periods of time.
• Lift 25 lbs.
