Brand Advocate Position in Denton, Texas

About the Role

Perform customer conversion sales at the Cellairis walk-by entry doors. Similar to a product sampling program: you will be enticing each walk-by customer with free products so that they will be inclined to come to our store and ultimately commit to a purchase. You will use the AIDA model (attention, interest, desire, action) based scripts to get the walk-by customer to the Cellairis counter. You will persuade and encourage the customer to show us their broken phone, receive a repair quote, or join our mailing list by offering free products. In order for the consumer to receive their free goods or services from Cellairis, they will need to come to the Cellairis counter and agree to certain participation terms. Your job is to make them aware of these special offers, entice, and drive them to our store.

Responsibilities

• Engage walk-by customers using provided scripts to drive them into the store.
• Offer free products to entice customers to visit the Cellairis counter.
• Persuade customers to show broken phones, receive repair quotes, or join the mailing list.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills, highly energetic, and approachable.
• Genuine customer service skills and ability to develop relationships with clients.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift 25 lbs.
• Own reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Professional appearance.

Qualifications

• Retail experience recommended but not required: 1-3 years in a retail sales environment.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Sampling selling experience is a plus.
