Brand Advocate Position in Franklin, Tennessee

Cellairis is seeking a self-motivated Brand Advocate to join our retail team in Franklin, Tennessee. This highly visible, fast-paced role is perfect for someone who thrives in a competitive environment and can turn challenges into successes.

About the Role

As a Brand Advocate, you will perform customer conversion sales at the Cellairis store entrance. Your goal is to entice walk-by customers with free products, encouraging them to visit our store and commit to a purchase. Using the AIDA model (Attention, Interest, Desire, Action), you will guide customers to the Cellairis counter, where they can receive a repair quote, join our mailing list, or redeem special offers.

Responsibilities

• Engage walk-by customers using persuasive scripts to drive them into the store.
• Offer free products to incentivize customers to visit the Cellairis counter.
• Encourage customers to show their broken phones for repair quotes or sign up for our mailing list.
• Convert objections into sales opportunities and meet or exceed sales goals.
• Stand for long periods and maintain high energy throughout shifts.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills and a highly energetic, approachable demeanor.
• Genuine customer service skills with the ability to build client relationships.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Own reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Professional appearance and adherence to the Cellairis Retail Dress Code.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of retail sales experience (recommended but not required).
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Sampling or direct selling experience is a plus.
