About the role

Cellairis is looking for self-motivated people who want to be in a highly visible, fast-paced, and competitive retail role. Perform customer conversion sales at the Cellairis walk-by entry doors. Similar to a product sampling program: you will entice each walk-by customer with free products so they will come to our store and ultimately commit to a purchase. Use AIDA model (attention, interest, desire, action) based scripts to drive customers to the Cellairis counter. Persuade and encourage customers to show their broken phone, receive a repair quote, or join our mailing list by offering free products. Your goal is to make customers aware of special offers, entice them, and drive them to our store.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer conversion sales at store entry doors
• Entice walk-by customers with free products to encourage store visits and purchases
• Use AIDA model scripts (attention, interest, desire, action) to engage customers
• Persuade customers to show broken phones, receive repair quotes, or join the mailing list
• Drive customers to the Cellairis counter to redeem free goods or services

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills, highly energetic, and approachable
• Genuine customer service skills and ability to develop client relationships
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift 25 lbs
• Own reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Professional appearance
• Manageable commute (Cellairis reserves the right to determine acceptable distance)

Qualifications

• Retail experience recommended but not required (1-3 years in retail sales preferred)
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals
• Sampling selling experience is a plus
