Brand Advocate Position in Peachtree City, Georgia

About the Role

Cellairis is looking for a Brand Advocate to perform customer conversion sales at the store entry doors. In this highly visible, fast-paced, and competitive retail role, you will entice walk-by customers with free products to encourage them to visit the store and commit to a purchase. Using the AIDA model (attention, interest, desire, action) based scripts, you will persuade customers to show their broken phones, receive a repair quote, or join our mailing list. Your goal is to make customers aware of special offers and drive them to the Cellairis counter.

Responsibilities

• Engage walk-by customers using provided scripts to generate interest and desire for Cellairis products and services.
• Entice customers to visit the store by offering free products or services in exchange for participation terms.
• Persuade customers to show their broken phones, receive repair quotes, or join the mailing list.
• Stand for long periods and maintain high energy levels throughout the shift.
• Turn objections into sales opportunities and capitalize on a high percentage of potential sales.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills and highly energetic demeanor.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Own reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Professional appearance and adherence to Cellairis Retail Dress Code.
• Manageable commute (Cellairis reserves the right to determine acceptable commute distance).

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in a retail sales environment (recommended but not required).
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Sampling or selling experience is a plus.
