Brand Advocate Position in Corpus Christi, Texas

About the Role

Cellairis is looking for a Brand Advocate to perform customer conversion sales at the entry doors of our Corpus Christi store. In this highly visible, fast-paced, and competitive retail role, you will entice walk-by customers with free products to encourage them to visit our store and commit to a purchase. Using the AIDA model (attention, interest, desire, action) based scripts, you will persuade customers to show their broken phones, receive a repair quote, or join our mailing list. Your goal is to drive customers to the Cellairis counter by making them aware of special offers.

Responsibilities

• Engage walk-by customers using scripts to attract their attention and interest.
• Entice customers with free products to encourage store visits and potential purchases.
• Persuade customers to show broken phones, receive repair quotes, or join the mailing list.
• Drive customers to the Cellairis counter to redeem offers and commit to participation terms.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills, highly energetic, and approachable.
• Genuine customer service skills and ability to develop relationships with clients.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift 25 lbs.
• Own reliable transportation and a valid Driver’s License.
• Professional appearance.
• Cognizant of spending time with the right prospective customers.

Qualifications

• Retail experience recommended but not required (1-3 years in a retail sales environment).
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Sampling selling experience is a plus.

Physical and Logistical Requirements

• Must have own (not public) means of transportation with a manageable commute (Cellairis reserves the right to determine acceptable commute distance).
• Must be able to memorize and naturally use scripts with high energy.
• Must be in excellent physical condition, suitable for an athletic and highly energetic role.
