About the role
Responsible for managing a team of pump equipment rental professionals, overseeing inventory, customer service, and ensuring timely delivery of rental equipment.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations to ensure efficient and effective rental services.
- Manage a team of sales and support staff to meet company goals.
- Ensure all rental equipment is in good working condition and properly maintained.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints to maintain positive relationships.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase rental revenue and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in sales, customer service, or management roles.
- Proven ability to manage teams and develop strategies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with CRM systems.
- Knowledge of local and national regulations regarding rental equipment.
