Branch Manager - Pump Equipment Rentals

About the role

Responsible for managing a team of pump equipment rental professionals, overseeing inventory, customer service, and ensuring timely delivery of rental equipment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations to ensure efficient and effective rental services.
• Manage a team of sales and support staff to meet company goals.
• Ensure all rental equipment is in good working condition and properly maintained.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints to maintain positive relationships.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase rental revenue and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in sales, customer service, or management roles.
• Proven ability to manage teams and develop strategies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
