Branch Manager - Equipment Rental

Pro Star Rental is seeking a Branch Manager to lead their team in Belton, TX, offering homeowner tools and contractor equipment rentals.

We’re looking for a driven manager who thrives on the challenge of leading an equipment rental branch, combining strong operational expertise with a hands-on leadership style. The ideal candidate is someone who can step in confidently, motivate their team, and make an immediate impact from day one.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the branch team to success
• Oversee daily branch operations with a hands-on approach
• Manage branch availability during operating hours (Monday-Friday 7AM-5PM and Saturday 8AM-12PM)

Requirements

• 3+ years of management experience in equipment rental or sales
• Availability to work any time the branch is open (Assistant Branch Managers will not work every day the branch is open, but availability is required)
