About the Role

You will be part of a team that includes travel, membership, insurance sales, and support employees.

Opportunities to build a career path exist, starting as a Branch Customer Service Representative and potentially leading to other roles within ACG.

Responsibilities

• Greet and service customers, providing peace of mind
• Sell and support membership, travel products, and some banking products
• Generate leads, update members on specials, and provide travel information
• Answer customer inquiries and refer to senior staff or agents when necessary
• Perform cashiering services, including taking and processing payments for insurance policies, travel tickets, and travel money products
• Resolve member/customer complaints and seek assistance from management when needed
• Support travel and/or insurance sales staff during peak periods
• Conduct outbound promotional calls for insurance and/or travel products
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience in a customer-focused environment
• Customer-focused service and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks
• Effective communication skills (verbal and written)
• Passion and enthusiasm for working with people
• Basic mathematical calculations for accurate monetary transactions
• Work under pressure in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Ability to work irregular hours including holidays and weekends (may include community events)

Salary range based on geographic area and job level.

Schedule

Regular and reliable attendance is essential. Employees will work in an office setting and service ACG members in-person.
