Branch Customer Service and Sales - Greenville, NC

About the role

The AAA The Auto Club Group is seeking prospective Member Representative I's or Branch Customer Service Representatives who can promote ACG products and services, provide customer focused service and timely solutions to problems, and communicate effectively (verbal and written) with others in a work environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and service customers, providing peace of mind and resolving member/customer complaints
• Sell membership, travel products, and some banking products
• Generate leads and update members on travel and insurance specials
• Process payments for insurance policies, travel tickets, and other financial transactions
• Resolve member/customer inquiries and refer to senior staff or agents when necessary
• Conduct outbound promotional calls for insurance and travel products
• Perform administrative support during peak periods

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience working in a customer-focused environment
• Ability to provide timely and effective customer service
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Effective communication skills (verbal and written)
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks
• Ability to work under pressure in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Ability to work irregular hours including holidays and weekends

Pay

Our Auto Club Group Branch Customer Service Representatives earn a competitive hourly wage of $19.00 - $21.50, based on experience, with additional incentives and an annual bonus potential based on performance.

Schedule

This is an in-office position. Employees will service ACG members in-person and are based on site in an ACG branch facility.
