Responsibilities

• Service and sell membership, travel products, and banking products to members
• Generate leads and update members on special offers
• Resolve customer inquiries and refer to senior staff or agents as necessary
• Perform cashiering services, including taking and processing payments
• Conduct outbound promotional calls for insurance and travel products
• Provide administrative support during peak periods
• Handle member complaints and seek assistance from management when appropriate

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in a customer-focused environment
• Ability to communicate effectively (verbal and written)
• Basic mathematical skills for accurate monetary transactions
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks
• Positive attitude and willingness to exceed member expectations
• Ability to work under pressure in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Willingness to work irregular hours including holidays and weekends

Pay

The starting hourly wage for this position is $19.00 - $21.50, based on experience. Annual bonuses and incentives are also possible based on performance.

Schedule

This is an in-office position with flexible scheduling to accommodate the needs of the branch and the customer base.
