Boston – Corporate Associate (Junior/Mid-Level)

About the role

The ideal candidate will have experience with start-ups and emerging growth companies, as well as seed and venture capital financings, growth and private equity, and mergers & acquisitions.

Responsibilities

• Counseling early-stage entrepreneurs
• Representing companies and venture funds in venture financing rounds and M&A
• Investor-side financing in growth equity rounds
• Significant client contact daily, interacting with CEOs, Boards of Directors, and general partners of venture funds

Requirements

• JD 2021-2023
• Previous large law firm experience preferred
• Candidates must be admitted or eligible to waive in to the State Bar of Massachusetts
• Eagerness to work with emerging growth companies and funds
• Demonstrated experience in venture capital financings, growth and/or private equity, M&A transactions
• Excellent written and oral communication skills are highly valued

Qualifications

Salary Range $260,000 - $365,000
