Corporate Associate (3-6 years) - Boston Office
About the Role
Seyfarth Shaw LLP, an international law firm with approximately 1000 attorneys, has an exciting opportunity for a highly qualified Corporate Associate with 3-6 years of transactional experience in its Boston office. You’ll be a member of our consistently ranked and nationally recognized Corporate practice group.
Responsibilities
- Manage transactions, including independent responsibility for documentation
- Handle corporate transactional work with a focus on commercial finance transactions
- Engage in debt and equity capital markets experience
Requirements
- 3 to 6 years of corporate transactional experience
- Top law firm experience preferred
- Excellent academic credentials, analytical skills, and verbal and written communication skills
- Admission to the Massachusetts Bar

Pay
The salary range for this role is $260,000 to $350,000. This range reflects the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee's pay within the salary range will be based on numerous factors including relevant education, qualifications, experience, skills, and business or organizational needs. This job is also eligible for an annual merit increase and bonus pay.
