Bookkeeper

Maintained Duties

• Maintain clean, accurate books across all three business imprints (Investment, Construction, and Architecture)
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoices, vendor payments, and client billing
• Process payroll accurately and on time
• Conduct monthly bank, credit card, and loan reconciliations
• Auxiliary in preparing monthly financial statements and job-costing reports for leadership

Qualifications

• Deep proficiency with QuickBooks Online
• Strong command of Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
• Prior experience in construction and development bookkeeping preferred
• Exceptional organization and an eye for spotting errors before anyone else does
• Ability to work independently and manage financials across multiple entities
