Booking Assistant

Position Summary Assist the Booking Manager and Booking department with duties related to touring opportunities in clubs, theaters, and churches across the country. Essential Duties And Responsibilities The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: Support the Booking Manager and Booking department with calendar management, scheduling, and communicationMaintain accurate records of booking details, routing changes, and event updates in company systems and resourcesSupport the Booking Manager and Booking department in building offers, reviewing contracts and agreements, routing tours, researching and communicating with venues, scheduling meetings with venues, and various other administrative tasks.Perform administrative tasks to organize and communicate between departments.Support special projects and administrative tasks for the Booking department About The Candidate General skills and abilities: Excellent written and verbal communicatorAbility to multitask and work under deadlineOrganized and detail-orientedStrong time management skillsProficient with Google apps and Microsoft ExcelSelf-starter that takes initiative and is a quick learnerFlexible and able to change plans on the flyHighly motivated with the ability to work without close supervisionTeam player that likes to have fun QUALIFICATIONS Degree in Music Business preferredKnowledge and understanding of the Christian music industry preferredMust be able to work in a fast-paced environment managing various projects and able to work under pressure with deadlinesFlexible with work schedule as some project will require weekend and evening hoursBi-lingual is a plus Report to: Booking Manager Classification: Full-time, Hybrid (In Office Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) Hourly rage: $21 - $27.50 Location: Costa Mesa, CA Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision and Life InsuranceFSAPaid time off and paid company holiday401(k) plan with company match
