Body Shop Production Manager

About the role

The Turnersville Collision Center, a Penske Automotive Group affiliate, is seeking an experienced Body Shop Production Manager to join their team. This position focuses on developing business through insurance adjusters, customers, and other sources to ensure adequate sales volume, while supporting the achievement of department operating profit in line with dealership and corporate goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop business through insurance adjusters, customers, and other sources to achieve adequate sales volume.
• Support the achievement of department operating profit in accordance with dealership and corporate established goals.
• Supervise employees in performing collision repairs, ensuring productivity levels and maintaining quality standards.

Pay

$100,000 - $120,000 annually.
