Body Shop Manager

Responsibilities

• The overall efficiency, profitability, and reputation of our auto body shop operations
• Develop business through insurance adjusters, customers, and other sources to assure an adequate sales volume
• Provide a department operating profit and maintains customer satisfaction standards while controlling expenses
• Directs the activities of body shop employees in performing body repairs, including meeting time schedules and productivity levels and maintaining quality standards
• Makes sure the progress and completion of vehicles in the shop are monitored
• Understands, keeps abreast of and comply with state, federal and local regulations that effects body shop operations
• Excellent communication necessary with strong leadership and management skills

Qualifications

• Large Independent or Franchised Dealer Body Shop Management experience
• Current certifications and licenses a big plus
• Reynolds computer experience also a plus

Pay

Pay range based on performance, previous experience, and skill level.
