Board Certified Behavior Analyst- Full Time

Qualifications

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
• MA Licensure for Applied Behavior Analysis (LABA)
• At least 1 year of supervising home-based services is preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide training and supervision to Behavior Technicians
• Provide training and consultation to parents
• Write and modify ABA programs
• Use a digital data management system (Central Reach) and provide ongoing data analysis
• Document billable hours through session notes on Central Reach
• Attend monthly collaborative clinical meetings with your BCBA colleagues
• Create and modify as needed behavior support plans based on functions of behavior and data analysis
• Write initial assessments and progress reports and submit to insurance
• Conduct a variety of assessments (e.g., VBMAPP, Vineland 3, AFLS, FAST, MAS, preference assessments and Socially Savvy)
