Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (Full-Time)

About the role

ChildServe is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide behavior analytic services to children with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans based on data-driven decision making
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and analyze data to inform interventions
• Train and supervise paraprofessionals and other staff in behavior analytic techniques
• Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to support the implementation of behavior plans
• Evaluate the effectiveness of behavior intervention strategies and make adjustments as needed

Requirements

• Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or closely related field
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
• Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder and/or other developmental disabilities
• Knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Current CPR and First Aid certifications
• Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation
