Board Certified Behavior Analyst - Part time or Full Time

About the role

We are currently seeking a BCBA to join our team! Our BCBAs are responsible for overseeing a caseload of clients in Montrose, providing training and mentorship to developing RBTs, and coordinating/collaborating with parents, schools, and community members in Montrose.

Responsibilities

• Carry a manageable caseload of 8–10 clients in a supportive clinic environment
• Supervision is provided in-person at our clinic
• Optional 1 day per week virtual (remote) to serving a rural Colorado community
• Create and lead individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
• Supervise RBTs and mentor junior team members
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary providers

Requirements

• Hold a minimum of a Master’s Degree and BCBA certification
• Have worked with individuals with developmental disabilities for at least two years
• A valid driver's license, current insurance, MVR record, and background check

Pay

Colorado Autism Consultants offers a competitive salary range of $66,000 - $83,000 annually.

Schedule

Our ideal candidate will be available for a full-time schedule, but we also offer the option for part-time work.
