About the role

We are currently seeking a BCBA to join our team! Our BCBAs are responsible for overseeing a caseload of clients in Gunnison, providing training and mentorship to developing RBTs, and coordinating/collaborating with parents, schools, and community members in Gunnison.

Responsibilities

  • Carry a manageable caseload of 8–10 clients in a supportive clinic environment
  • Schedule supervision in-person at our clinic
  • Optional 1 day per week virtual (remote) to serving a rural Colorado community
  • Create and lead individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
  • Supervise RBTs and mentor junior team members
  • Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary providers

Requirements

  • Hold a minimum of a Master’s Degree and BCBA certification
  • Have worked with individuals with developmental disabilities for at least two years
  • A passion for making a difference in the lives of children and adults alike
  • A strong work ethic and excellent communication skills
  • A lifelong passion for learning, and a desire to serve underserved communities
  • Valid driver's license, current insurance, MVR record, and background check

Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree
  • BCBA Certification
  • Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities

Pay

$66,000 - $83,000 yearly
