About the role
We are currently seeking a BCBA to join our team! Our BCBAs are responsible for overseeing a caseload of clients in Burlington, providing training and mentorship to developing RBTs, and coordinating/collaborating with parents, schools, and community members in Burlington.
Responsibilities
- Carry a manageable caseload of 8–10 clients in a supportive clinic environment
- Supervision is provided in-person at our clinic
- Optional 1 day per week virtual (remote) to serving a rural Colorado community
- Create and lead individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
- Supervise RBTs and mentor junior team members
- Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary providers
Requirements
- Hold a minimum of a Master’s Degree and BCBA certification
- Have worked with individuals with developmental disabilities for at least two years
- A valid driver's license, current insurance, MVR record, and background check

Pay
Colorado Autism Consultants offers a competitive salary range of $66,000 - $83,000 annually.
