Responsibilities

• Oversight and design of individualized treatment plans
• Direct supervision and mentorship of a team of RBTs
• Collaboration with families to set meaningful goals, measure progress, and celebrate wins
• Ensuring ethical, compassionate care aligned with best practices in ABA
• Collaboration with a clinical team that values your insight, voice, and vision

Requirements

• BCBA certification (required)
• Experience working with children or teens with autism
• A heart for families, and a head for data-driven decision-making
• Strong communication skills, a sense of humor, and a commitment to ethical care
