About the role
ChildServe is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. This position is full-time.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement behavior intervention plans for children with autism and other developmental disabilities.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and make necessary adjustments.
- Train and supervise BCIs (Board-Certified Instructors).
- Conduct assessments and provide recommendations for individualized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive care plans.
Requirements
- A Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or related field.
- Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA).
- Experience working with individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.
- Knowledge of ABA principles and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Current CPR certification.
- Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.

Pay
$45,000 - $60,000 annually based on experience.
Schedule
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
