About the role
Join our team as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) based in Hamilton, NJ. The ideal candidate will work in an after-school center-based setting.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement behavior intervention plans
- Conduct functional behavior assessments
- Train staff in behavior analysis techniques
- Evaluate student progress and adjust interventions as necessary
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorders
- Knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles
