Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Hamilton NJ (Center Based)

About the role

Join a dynamic team dedicated to providing exceptional behavioral support services. We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead our Center-Based program in Hamilton, NJ.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized behavior plans for clients
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and analyze data to inform interventions
• Train and supervise staff members in behavior analysis techniques
• Evaluate the effectiveness of behavior plans and make adjustments as necessary
• Collaborate with other professionals to ensure comprehensive care plans
• Participate in staff meetings and training sessions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) preferred
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
• Knowledge of ABA principles and techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Valid NJ teaching certificate or equivalent
• Experience with data collection and analysis
• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Pay

$50,000 - $60,000 annually

Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Friday, with some evening and weekend availability
