The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at Flywheel Centers plays a vital leadership role in delivering high-quality, individualized ABA care. As a BCBA, you'll collaborate with clients, their families, your supervisees, and the broader care team, guiding and empowering everyone involved to create meaningful, socially significant positive change for the children we serve.

Prerequisites
- BCBA Certification
- State License
- Proven experience delivering ABA therapy to children with autism
- Flexible and adaptable approach to work commitments
- Report to and take direction from the Regional Clinical Director
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize care delivery
- Implement Flywheel's clinical policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with insurance requirements, state regulations, and Flywheel's documentation standards in collaboration with the Quality Assurance Team
- Fulfill all BCBA responsibilities for assigned clients, including:
- Conducting assessments and reassessments
- Developing individualized treatment plans
- Providing clinical supervision and parent training
- Participate in Flywheel trainings, events, and professional development opportunities
- Enter billable hours in Central Reach within the required time frame
- Support BCBA fieldwork supervision and serve as RBT supervisor as needed, under the direction of the Regional Clinical Director
