About the role

Join a dynamic team of professionals dedicated to enhancing the lives of individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Morristown, NJ.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement behavior intervention plans based on data-driven decision making
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and analyze data to inform interventions
• Train staff and families in evidence-based practices
• Evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and make adjustments as needed
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive treatment plans
• Provide consultation and supervision to other BCBA’s and staff members

Requirements

• A Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or closely related field from an accredited institution
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
• Experience working with individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities
• Knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
