About the role

Join a dynamic team of professionals dedicated to enhancing the lives of individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our Center-Based program in Edison, NJ.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement behavior intervention plans based on data-driven decision making
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and analyze data to inform interventions
• Train staff and families in evidence-based practices
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive treatment plans
• Evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and make adjustments as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Experience working with individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities
• Knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
• Experience in a clinical setting
• Previous experience in a school or community-based setting
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
