Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Supervisor - NJ (Afternoon Hours)

About the role

As a BCBA Supervisor at Flywheel Centers, you'll play a critical leadership role in delivering compassionate, high-quality ABA care. You'll work closely with your clients, their families, and your clinical teammates to promote real progress - not just check boxes. You'll also collaborate with your Regional Clinical Director, RBTs, and the Quality Assurance team to ensure services are compliant, ethical, and family-focused.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with clients, families, and clinical teammates to promote real progress in ABA care.
• Collaborate with the Regional Clinical Director, RBTs, and Quality Assurance team to ensure compliance, ethics, and family-focused services.
• Manage a manageable, high-quality caseload to focus on meaningful clinical outcomes.
• Collaborate with the liaison team to handle scheduling and communication.
• Access robust Quality Assurance (QA) systems and extensive goal banks for seamless planning and documentation.
• Build a caseload that matches your strengths and schedule.

Requirements

• Active BCBA certification (BACB)
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, or related field
• Experience delivering ABA therapy to children with autism
• Commitment to collaboration, transparency, and continued learning
• Adaptability and a passion for helping families thrive

Qualifications

Pay

$95K-$115K/year depending on experience, plus a $5,000 sign-on bonus ($2,500 after 3 months, $2,500 after 6 months).
