We're hiring BCBAs across New Jersey, with immediate needs in Edison, Morristown, Voorhees, and surrounding areas. Whether you're looking for full-time or part-time, center-based or in-home opportunities, we'll build a caseload that matches your strengths and schedule.

About the Role

As a BCBA Supervisor at Flywheel Centers, you'll play a critical leadership role in delivering compassionate, high-quality ABA care. You'll work closely with your clients, their families, and your clinical teammates to promote real progress—not just check boxes. You'll also collaborate with your Regional Clinical Director, RBTs, and the Quality Assurance team to ensure services are compliant, ethical, and family-focused.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct clinical supervision and parent training for your assigned clients
  • Create individualized treatment plans that align with best practices and family goals
  • Support and supervise RBTs and BCBA fieldwork candidates (as needed)
  • Participate in regular team meetings, training sessions, and professional development events
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in Central Reach
  • Ensure compliance with Flywheel policies, state regulations, and insurance standards
  • Communicate effectively with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary professionals
  • Uphold the highest ethical standards and respect for confidentiality

Requirements

  • Active BCBA certification
  • Active New Jersey State License
  • Experience delivering ABA therapy to children with autism
  • Commitment to collaboration, transparency, and continued learning
