Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Supervisor - NJ (Hybrid/Remote)

About the role

Responsibilities

• Supervise BCBA's in implementing evidence-based interventions
• Evaluate and improve program outcomes through data analysis
• Collaborate with families, schools, and other professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans
• Conduct trainings and workshops for staff and families
• Mentor new BCBA's and support their professional growth

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or closely related field preferred
• Valid New Jersey Behavior Analyst Certification (BCBA)
• Experience supervising BCBA's and leading teams
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

Qualifications

• Knowledge of ABA principles and techniques
• Experience with data collection and analysis
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Passion for working with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities
